摘要
本文在吉林省科技成果转化和推广现状的基础上指出了转化机制和推广模式的弊端并就问题的主要成因和对策进行了细致分析,论证了科研成果转化和推广要“立足于市场”,“为企业而研发”是十分必要的。
Based on the present situation of the commercialization and promotion of scientific achievements in Jilin, the paper points out the defects of the transfer mechanisms and promotion modes and makes a specific analysis of the main causes and countermeasures. Additionally, the paper demonstrates it necessary for the commercialization and promotion of scientific achievements to take markets as the orientation and research and develop for the enterprises.
