广东高职院校专业结构与产业结构适应性研究

Study on the Adaptability of the Specialty Structure and Industrial Structure in Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges

社会需求和区域经济的发展是高等职业院校专业设置和结构调整的基础和参照点，广东高职院校在专业设置上目前已经较为全面，但还存在着很多盲目性，与企业、行业界缺乏较为密切的联系，加上各院校之间不当和无序的竞争，使得某些领域的专业质量下滑，供需脱节等等。本文通过对广东省当前能够自主招生的高职院校专业结构现状和广东经济产业结构进行简要阐述，并对彼此的适应性进行了探讨和研究，以此提出一些关于高职院校专业设置的设想。

The development of social needs and regional economy is the basis and reference ofhigber vocational colleges＇ specialty settings and structural adjustment. The specialty setups ofhigber vocational colleges in Guangdong have been compre- bensive, but they still have many problems and lack close contacts with enterprises and industries. In addition, the improper and unordered competitions among colleges make the specialty quality of some fields declined and make the supply and de- mand disconnected. The paper makes a brief elaboration on the specialty structure of higher vocational colleges with inde- pendent recruitment and the structures of Guangdong economic industries, and discusses the adaptability of the two so as to provide some thoughts on the specialty setups of higher vocational colleges.
