大学是知识和人才高度集聚的场所，是知识积累和创新的发源地。文章通过归纳总结大学智力资本的内涵以及构成，给出了大学科技创新能力的基本定义以及我国大学科技创新活动的主要特点。探讨分析大学智力资本要素与创新绩效之间的作用关系及实现机理，从而根据这种协作关系剥离出大学智力资本要素以及科技创新绩效的主要考察指标。

College is the place gathering knowledge and talents and is the seminary of knowledge accumulation and innova- tion. Through summarizing the connotation and constitutes of college intellectual capital, the paper gives the basic definitions of college scientific and technological innovation capacity and major features of innovative activities, and discusses the role relationships and realization mechanisms between college intellectual capital factors and innovative performance so as to analyze the major investigation indicators according to the collaborative relationship.
