摘要
人才培养定位问题一直制约着信管专业的发展,分析了专业发展的现状和存在的问题,构建了面向就业的信管专业人力素质模型,模型的层次和内容依次包括五大就业方向、所配套的专业能力、涉及的专业课程,并提出了专业教学改革的思路。
The orientation of talent training has been restricting the development of information management and system ma- jor. In view of this, the paper analyzes the present situation and problems of specialized development, constructs the major's human quality model based on the social needs, including five directions for employment, the matched professional abilities and the involved specialized courses, and puts forward some thoughts of professional teaching reform.
