摘要
辅导员是艺术类院校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,绩效考核的作用是有效激发辅导员的工作积极性,使之充分发挥自身的主观能动性,更好地完成本职工作。当前艺术类院校虽已普遍采用绩效考核制度,但在考核过程中多照搬艺术类院校教师绩效考核方法,对绩效考核目的、内容不明确,考核机构组织不科学。本文以辅导员专职化考核为例,分析了辅导员绩效考核中存在的问题,并针对性地提出改善对策。
Counselors are the important part of teacher team and management team in art colleges and the role of performance assessment is to stimulate the counselors' work initiative so as to make them give full play to their subjective initiative and better complete their tasks. Although performance assessment system is popularly used in art colleges, the most part of the assessment system is copied and the aims and contents are not clear and the assessment organizations are not scientific. Tak- ing the professional assessment of counselors for example, the paper analyzes some problems in the performance assessment and puts forward the targeted solutions.
