摘要
研究性教学模式是一种在教师指导下,以学生为主体、问题为中心和“生一生、师一生”互动合作探究为基本形式的教学形式。主张教师应激励、引导和帮助学生去主动发现、分析和解决问题,并在探究的过程中获取知识、训练技能和提升创造力,使学生各方面得到长足的发展。本文结合作者多年法理学教学实践,就研究性教学模式下的法理学课堂教学活动应遵循的基本定律和基本理念作详细的总结。
Reserch-based teaching mode is under the guidance of teachers,which takes students as the center and "teacher-stu- dent""student-teacher"as the basic form of interactive cooperation.Teachers are advocated to motivate, guide and help stu- dents to take the initiative to find, analyze and solve problems and in turn to gain some knowledge, training skills and improve creativity, making the student to get rapid development in all respects.Combined with years of jurisprudence teaching practice of the author, this paper gives a detailed summary for the basic laws and concepts that should be followed in the jurisprudence of classroom teaching activities under the mode of research-based teaching mode.
