探究式教学的实施条件是指促使探究式教学发挥效力、达到一定功能目标所需的各种条件，即影响教学目标达成的各种要求。其实施条件包含很多内容，如教师、学生、教学内容、教学手段、教学的时空组合等。高校排球探究式教学的实施条件也是如此。本文就主．-tt-~教师、学生、教学内容三种教学基本要素进行分析，从而能更好地运用和掌握探究式教学，成功达到预期教学目标。

The implementation conditions of inquiry teaching refers to various conditions promoting inquiry teaching to take effects and reaching some functions and purposes, namely various requirements of impacting teaching objectives. The con- ditions contain teachers, students, teaching contents, teaching means and teaching space-time combination and so on. So do the implementation conditions of college volleyball＇s inquiry teaching. The paper analyzes the basic elements from teachers, students and teaching contents so as to better apply and grasp the inquiry teaching and successfully achieve the anticipated teaching objectives.
