摘要
在新课程下,学校大力倡导课堂改革,积极推进幸福教育、建设幸福校园。泰安长城中学2011级数学组在长期以来集体备课模式的基础上,不断创新模式,探索形成了一套“集体备课、集体钻研、集体研讨”与‘‘分工备课、个性处理、课后小结”相结合的‘锌体智慧、整体提高”的集体教研新模式。为幸福课堂的构建和幸福教育的实施积聚了“正能量”,真正有效地促进了课堂改进,也推动了教师的专业成长。
Under the new curriculum, schools energetically advocate the classroom reform and actively promote the happiness education and happy campus. The math team of 2011 in Talan Changchcng Middle School constantly made innovations on the modes and explored a now collective teaching and research mode of"collective wisdom and integral improvement" with the combination of "collective lesson preparation, group delving and brain storming" and "division of lesson preparation, per- sonalizad disposal and summary after class" based on the long-term collective lesson preparation mode, which accumulated "the positive energy" for building a happy classroom and implementing happiness education and effectively promoted the im- provcrncnt of classroom as well as teachers' professional development.
