浅析高职毕业生就业签约率低的原因及整改建议

摘要 本文从高职毕业生在双选会上的签约率入手,对造成高职毕业生签约率不高的现象,从教师层面和学生层面进行探析,并就如何指导毕业生顺利就业提出了要加强就业指导师资队伍建设;系部领导、班主任做好日常教育、监督和管理工作;学院严格把关做好企业进驻校园参加双选会的甄别、筛选工作;教师对毕业生就业定位正确引导等建议。 Starting with the signing rate of higher vocational graduates in the dual selection ceremony, the paper analyzes the causes o flow signing rates from the angles of teachers and students, and proposes that colleges should enhance the team con- struction of employment guidance teachers, department leaders and head teachers do the routine education, supervision and management work well, colleges carry out a strict screening and selection for those enterprises in the dual selection ceremony, teachers give correct guidance and suggestions for graduates' employment oricntation,alming at guiding graduates to have successful employment.
