文胸肩带疲劳表征

摘要 采集7种具有代表性的文胸肩带作为试验对象,分别通过拉伸断裂试验、定伸长5次反复拉伸试验,获得肩带试样的断裂功、断裂比功,以及5次反复拉伸弹性回复率、塑性变形率.基于试验定义了弹性回复率衰变量Δε15和塑性变形率积累量ΔG15,以表征肩带疲劳变化过程的缓急,并对其物理意义进行了验证.通过相关分析得出肩带试样的弹性回复率衰变量与断裂比功存在较显著的线性负相关关系,塑性变形率积累量与断裂比功存在一定的负相关关系. 7 types of bra straps were selected as the typical representations, from the test of stretching- fracture and test of persistent stretching to a set length, the fracture work, breaking work along with the 5th elastic recovery and plastic deformation rates were acquired. The deterioration of elastic recovery △ε15 and the accumulation of plastic deformation AG15 were defined on the basis of experiments to characterize the changing speed of bra straps' fatigue properties, meanwhile, their physical meanings were verified. At last the qualitative relationship between fatigue characterizations and the fracture work, breaking work were obtained through correlation analysis.
