摘要 目的探讨高良姜总黄酮对B16小鼠黑素瘤细胞增殖、酪氨酸酶活性及黑素合成的影响。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法测定细胞增殖,比色法测定酪氨酸酶活性和黑素含量。结果在浓度为0.25~10.00μmol.L-1范围内,高良姜总黄酮均可显著促进B16细胞的增殖(P<0.01);浓度为0.5,1.0μmol.L-1时,高良姜总黄酮能够促进酪氨酸酶活性和黑素合成。结论高良姜总黄酮在一定浓度范围内能够促进B16细胞增殖、酪氨酸酶活性升高和黑素合成。 Objective To study the effects of total flavonoids from Alpinia officinarum hance (ATF) on proliferation, tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis in melanoma B16 cells. Methods The cell proliferation was measured by methyl thiazolyhet razolium(MTr) assay. The tyrosinase activity and melanin content were detected by the colorimetry assay. Results The ATF significantly promoted B16 cells proliferation in the range of 0.25 μmol · L^-1 to 10μmol · L^-1 , and enhanced the tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis at the doses of 0.5 or 1 μmol · L^-1. Conclusion The ATF could stimulate the B16 cells proliferation, elevate tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis within a certain concentration range.
