摘要
目的研究生化汤对自由基.OH的清除作用。方法采用Fenton法对3种不同工艺及主药配伍比例变化获得的生化汤提取物对羟基自由基的清除能力进行考察。结果生化汤对自由基.OH的清除能力与提取物含量相关(P<0.01),3种不同工艺获得的生化汤提取物对自由基.OH的清除作用有差异。当归剂量变化对自由基.OH清除作用与生化汤浓度之间的正相关性有较大影响。结论生化汤对自由基.OH具有较好的捕获作用。
Objective To investigate the free radical scavenging effect of shenghuatang (decoction, SHT ). Methods Fenton method was applied to evaluate the hydroxyl radicals scavenging effect of SHT extract via three different ways and by varying effective ingredients content. Results The hydroxyl radical scavenging activity was positively associated with the effective ingredients content (P〈0.01) , which was affected by the extraction process. The content of angelica sinensis had the greatest effect on the hydroxyl radical scavenging activity. Conclusion The SHT extract shows beneficial effects on scavenging hydroxyl radicals.
