辨证分型针刺治疗眼缺血综合症眼部和颈部血流的即时效应观察

Clinical Observation of Immediate Effect of Syndrome-differentiation-based Acupuncture on Ocular and Cervical Blood Flow in Ocular Ischemia Syndrome Patients

目的:采用经颅彩色多普勒超声检测评价辨证分型针刺治疗眼缺血综合症(OIS)眼部和颈部血流的即时效应。方法:对30例(41只眼)OIS患者行辨证分型针刺治疗,分别于针刺前、后测定眼动脉(OA)和颈内动脉(ICA)的收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(Vd)和阻力指数(R)I。结果:经过针刺治疗后,与针刺治疗前比较,OA和ICA的Vs和Vd均增快、RI均降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。针刺治疗对OA的Vs血流改善程度优于ICA,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证分型针刺可以改善OIS的OA和ICA的血流情况,产生针刺治疗的即时效应。

Objective:To investigate the immediate effect of Syndrome-differentiation-based acupuncture on ocular and cervical blood flow of ocular ischemia syndrome(OIS) patients by transcranial color Doppler(TCD).Methods:Thirty OIS patients involving 41 eyes were treated acupuncture on the basis of syndrome differentiation.Before and after acupuncture,the systolic velocity(Vs),diastolic velocity(Vd) and resistance index(RI) of the ophthalmic artery(OA) and internal carotid artery(ICA) were detected.Results:In the comparison with pre-acupuncture,Vs and Vd of ICA and OA were increased,and RI was decreased after acupuncture,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).Vs of OA was improved significantly than that of ICA(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Syndrome-differentiation-based acupuncture has immediate effect on OIS through improving the blood flow of OA and ICA in OIS patients.
