DPPH法测定白花檵木乙醇提取物及其不同极性部位抗氧化活性 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究白花檵木乙醇提取物及其不同极性部位体外抗氧化活性。方法对白花檵木乙醇提取物及其经大孔树脂分离所得洗脱物,进行DPPH自由基清除实验;并通过紫外吸收光谱扫描分析其化学组成。结果白花檵木乙醇提取物及各极性部位均具有较强抗氧化活性且呈浓度依赖性。其中乙醇提取物的IC50值为(17.54±0.71)μg/ml,10%乙醇洗脱物的IC50值为(11.47±0.91)μg/ml,70%乙醇洗脱物的IC50值为(9.73±0.26)μg/ml。结论白花檵木乙醇提取物具有较强抗氧化活性,经大孔树脂纯化,抗氧化能力显著增强。 Objective To investigate the in vitro antioxidant activity of ethanol extract and its different polarities from Loropetalum chinense.Methods The DPPH radical scavenging activity was investigated by dividing an ethanol extract of Loropetalum chinense into four fractions from macroporous resin.Absorption spectrums of active parts were scanned from 190 to 900nm.Results The extract and its different polarities exhibited significant and dose-dependent DPPH free radical scavenging activities.The 50% inhibitory concentration(IC50) values were(17.54 ± 0.71) μg / ml for the extract,(11.47 ± 0.91) μg / ml for 10% ethanol eluate and(9.73 ± 0.26) μg / ml for 70% ethanol eluate.Conclusion 10% and 70% ethanol eluates from Macroporous resin exhibited significant antioxidant activity comparable to this obtained from the extract of Loropetalum chinense.
