摘要
人参、三七等五加科植物不仅具有营养神经、保护心肌、抗衰老、抗氧化、保肝等良好的保健作用,更重要的是大量现代研究已经证实其所含的稀有皂苷成分还有明显的抑制肿瘤生长的作用。现代科学尝试用更加温和,操作简便,试验成本低的微生物转化方法提高稀有皂苷的含量。文章对含有皂苷类成分植物的微生物转化进行了综述。
Araliaceae plants such as Panax Ginseng and P.notoginseng,have function for health,such as protecting myocardial,aging resistance,oxidation resistance.More importantly,a large number of modern researches have confirmed that the rare saponins also showed significant effect on inhibiting tumor growth.Because of the moderate reaction,simple to control and lower cost,microbial transformation is usually used in modern science.This paper will introduce some studies which is related to the microbial transformation of the plants.
