摘要
存在于生物体中的多糖是生命有机体的重要组成部分,与维持生命的多种生理功能有关,现已发现植物多糖具有多种生物活性,近年来,多糖的抑菌作用受到关注。该文对研究多糖的抑菌方法进行综述,比较不同方法的优缺点,旨在为多糖的抑菌作用研究提供参考。
The polysaccharide is one of the important components in organisms and plays crucial roles in sustaining various physiological functionalities.Several biological functions of plant polysaccharide have been identified and their bacteriostatic effects have also drawn much attention.This paper summarizes the methods bacteriostatic effects of polysaccharide and compares the pros and cons of different method in order to offer reference to the studies of polysaccharide effects.
