Research Process on Active Constituents of Endophyte

植物内生菌是一种新的微生物资源,近年来通过内生菌途径得到的活性物质不仅种类繁多,而且有许多未开发的新化合物,其中一些化合物在抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等方面有较高的活性,特别是新近筛选出对艾滋病病毒显示活性的内生菌引起重视。文章介绍了植物内生菌的生物多样性、产活性物质的内生菌种类和活性筛选策略。

Endophytes are the new microorganism resources.In recent years,active constituents were obtained from endophyte,not only had various types,but also had many novel active compounds.Some of compounds had high bioactivities,such as anti bacterial,anti-tumor and anti-virus.Especially,endophytes,showed their bioactivities of AIDS virus HIV,have become an issue.Biological diversity and types of endophyte,and their activity screening strategy were introduced.
