针刺不同单穴对健康人肠电即时效应的观察

Comparative study of transient effect on intestinal electricity by acupuncturing different acupoints on healthy people

目的观察针刺不同单穴对健康人肠电即时效应的影响,探讨生理状态下针刺不同单穴与肠电即时效应之间的关系。方法 40名健康志愿者分别接受天枢、大肠俞、曲池和上巨虚穴针刺,采用自身前后对照,观察针刺前后肠电平均幅值、频率、节律紊乱率的变化,比较针刺不同单穴对肠电即时效应影响的差异。结果在对肠电平均幅值的影响上,上巨虚针刺前后比较对升结肠段有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对肠电平均频率的影响上,穴位间针刺前后差值比较,大肠俞与曲池、上巨虚在横结肠段和升结肠段有统计学意义(P<0.05),大肠俞与曲池在直肠段有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对肠电节律紊乱的影响上,曲池穴针刺前后比较对降结肠段有统计学意义(P<0.05),穴位间针刺前后差值比较,大肠俞与上巨虚在升结肠段有统计学意义(P<0.05),余穴位针刺前后及穴位间针刺前后差值比较皆无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺对健康人肠电的即时效应的影响不明显,也不会造成机体"自稳态"的改变,针刺对机体状态平衡的健康人的调节作用有限。

Objective To observe the transient effect of acupuncturing different acupoints on healthy people intestinal electricity,explore the relationship between acupuncturing the single acupoint and transient effect of intestinal electricity on physiological state.Methods Acupuncturing Tianshu（ST 25）,Dachangshu（BL 25）,Quchi（LI 1 1）,Shangjuxu（ST 37） in forty healthy people by using its own control before and after,changes of average amplitude,frequency and rhythm of intestinal electricity were observed,compare the transient effects of difference in intestinal electricity.Results Comparison between pre-and post-acupuncture showed that,average amplitude was signifcantly different in Shangjuxu on ascending colon（P 0.05）;There are signifcantly difference between Dchangshu and Quchi,Shangjuxu on transverse colon and ascending colon（P 0.05）,Dachangshu and Quchi on rectum（P 0.05）;Average rhythm was signifcantly different in Quchi between pre-and post-acupuncture（P 0.05）;There are signi？ cant difference between Dachangshu and Shangjuxu on ascending colon（P 0.05）.The other acupoints had more than a different degree of change without statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion The transient effect of acupuncture on healthy intestinal electricity was not significant;it will not cause the trend of transformation of physiological state and two-way regulation of acupuncture on healthy people.The role of acupuncture on healthy people with balance state was limited.
