设施蔬菜种植户采用可持续生产技术的实证分析——以辽宁省农户调查为例

Empirical Analysis on the Facility Vegetable Farmers to Adopt Sustainable Production Technology——Based on the Statistics of Liaoning Province

以辽宁省设施蔬菜种植农户调查数据为例,运用Heckman模型分析农户采用可持续生产技术的影响因素,结果表明:农户采用可持续生产技术行为分两步进行;户主文化程度、家庭总收入、家庭设施种植面积、有农技人员指导、参加培训与观摩、是政府推广项目对农户可持续生产技术采用决定有显著正向影响;在技术采用程度的影响因素中,家庭总收入、贷款可获性、有农技人员指导、参加培训与观摩、是政府推广项目有积极的促进作用,而户主年龄则呈负向影响。因此,政府在促进农户做出技术采用决策与决定技术采用程度上应有所区别。

This paper analyses farmers＇ adoption of sustainable production technology based on a dataset of facility vegetable farmers of Liaoning Province by using Heckman model. The results show that： farmers＇ adoption of sustainable production technology includes two steps. The education level of householder, total household income, the acreage of planting in the greenhouse, agricultural officers guidance, participating in training, government promotion projects play a significant role in promoting the farmers sustainable production technology adoption decisions. But factors that influence the degree of farmersr technology adoption are different from factors that affect farmersr technology adoption decisions. In factors influencing the degree of farmers＇ technology adoption, total household income, availability of loans, agricultural officers guidance, participating in training government promotion projects have positive role. But householder＇s age presents a negative role. Therefore, the government should distinguish between decision and degree of farmersr technology adoption.
