摘要
新疆先于全国推出家畜育种员星级管理制度,自2009年试行以来产生了良好效果。本文就如何进一步做好家畜育种员星级管理工作进行了阐述。
Prior to the national detrusion of livestock breeding in xinjiang star member management system which produced a good effection since on a trial basis in 2009. This article on how to do a better job of livestock breeding and member of the star management are expounded.
