副资材对牛粪高温发酵堆肥化效果的影响

摘要 牛粪分别与棉籽壳、切碎棉花秸秆、锯末以9:1(体积比)混合,将初始水分调整60%后堆成条垛进行静态发酵堆肥,探讨不同副资材对牛粪高温发酵堆肥化效果的影响。结果表明,堆肥2日内进入60℃以上的高温期,45 d后无明显升温达到无害化处理水平。腐熟堆肥的有机质含量明显降低,全氮含量小幅度下降,但全磷和全钾含量无明显变化,有机质和总养分含量均高于腐熟有机肥NY-525标准。牛粪通过上述方法制作堆肥两个月均可以达到腐熟堆肥标准。 Cows manure mixed with cottonseed hull, crushed cotton stalk or sawdust at volume rate 9:1 ,and adjusted the moisture content of mixtures to 60% ,to explore the effect of the different sub-material on temperature fermentation cows manure. The results showed that,fermentation temperature reached 60℃ within 2 days after composting, but no temperature c matter content was significantly reduced and total hanges after 45 days achieve harmless standard Organic nitrogen content slightly decreased, but no significant changes in total phosphorus and potassium content, organic matter and total nutrient content were higher than the decomposed manure standards NY-525. Cows manure thermophilic composting two months by the above methods, can reach the matured compost standards.
