疗养院养生文化建设的重要性及构想

Significance and conception of cultural construction of health preserving at sanatorium

目的探讨疗养院养生文化建设方法,更好地发挥疗养院在预防、医疗、康复和保健中的功能作用。方法分析疗养院文化建设存在的问题,引出养生文化建设的重要意义,再通过文化传播的一些常见方法提出疗养院养生文化建设的基本思路。结果养生知识和理念可以通过文化传播被疗养员吸收以促进身体健康,加强养生文化建设有五个作用、四条基本方法。结论养生文化建设在疗养院作用很大,前景广阔,应引起高度重视。

Objective To probe into methods of cultural construction of health preservation at sanatorium so as to exert the functions of prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,and health care.Methods The existing problems in sanatorium cultural construction were analyzed so as to lead in the significance of cultural construction of health preservation ,then the basic ideas of cultural construction of health preservation at sanatorium were proposed on the basis of common methods of cultural transmission.Results Health preservation knowledge and ideas can be accepted by convalescents by means of cultural transmission to promote their health.There are five functions and four methods in the construction of health preservation culture.Conclusion Cultural construction of health preservation plays an important part at sanatorium and has an extensive future,which is worth high attention.
