塔形针的研制及其在胫骨中下段骨折如的应用

Study and clinical application of tower elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of lower- middle tibial shaft fracture

目的 研究塔形弹性髓内针 (towerelasticintramedullarynail,TEIN)治疗胫骨中下段骨折的有效性和适应性。 方法 1995年 1月～ 1999年 6月采用自行研制的TEIN治疗胫骨中下段骨折 43例。 结果 随访 42例 (6个月～ 4年 ) ,按Johner-Wruh疗效标准 ,优 34例 ,良 7例 ,优良率 97% ,无断针、弯针、关节僵硬、再骨折及骨折不愈合等并发症。 结论 TEIN具有力学结构合理、手术操作简单、组织损伤小、效果可靠、不需X线监视等优点 ,是固定胫骨中下段骨折较好的方式之一 ,特别适用于胫腓骨多段骨折。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and indication of the tower nail in treatment of the lower-middle tibial shaft fracture. Methods From January 1995 to June 1999,43 patients were treated with self-designed tower elastic intramedullary nail (TEIN). Results Forty-two cases were followed up for anaverage of 20 months (ranged 6 to 48 months). According to Johner and Wruh,s criteria,the total excellent and good rate was 97%, and no nail failure or refracture were found. Conclusions TEIN has the advantages of reasonable mechanics structure, simple operation and reliable effect. It is a good method for tibial shaft fractures.
