灸药结合治疗虚性小儿哮喘非急性发作期的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effects Observation of Moxibustion Medication Combined on Deficient Children Asthma in Nonacute Onset Stage

目的观察艾条温和灸结合中药疗法治疗虚性小儿哮喘非急性发期的临床疗效。方法 90例患儿按病情分层抽样的实验设计原则分为艾灸组(艾条温和灸组)、灸药结合组和中药组各30例。艾灸组采用单纯艾条温和灸,每穴灸10 min,每日1次;中药组以口服平喘方为主,每日1剂,分2～3次温服;灸药结合组的艾灸方法及穴位同艾灸组,中药处方及服用方法与中药组相同。疗程均为2个月。分别于治疗前,后记录症状体征积分各1次,轻度病例记录症状体征的临床控制所用时间。结果治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、哮鸣音症状体征的临床疗效,灸药结合组均明显高于另两组;轻度病例,咳嗽,喘息,哮鸣音音症状体征的临床控制所用时间3组比较没有显著差异。结论单纯艾条温和灸及口服中药治疗虚性小儿哮喘非急性发作期均有较好的疗效,而灸药结合则临床效果更突出;对轻度病例,则可以采用单纯艾条温和灸治疗。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Moxa Stick Mild-Ward Moxibustion（MWM）,Moxibustion medication（M-M） combined with Chinese medicine on deficient Children Asthma in non-acute onset stage treated.Methods：90 cases were divided into 3 groups at experimental design principle of stratifily sampling by the condition of asthma：MWM group,M-M combined group and Chinese medicine group,each group had 30 cases.MWM group was only given Moxa Stick Mild-Ward Moxibustion on the acupoints：one time every day,10 minutes every acupoint each time;Chinese medicine group was only given orally Pinchuan Decoction,one dose every day;M-M combined group was given both therapeutical methods.The treatment of each group lasted 2 months.Then the symptoms and signs＇ integral before and after therapy were recorded.To the state of moderate cases,the time of controlling symptoms was recorded especially.Results：After therapy,clinical effects of M-M combined group on cough,cough up phlegm,pant and wheezes were better than the other two groups（P0.05）;To the state of moderate cases,the time difference of controlling symptoms wasn＇t significant among there groups.Conclusions：The results of research show that the effect of MWM or Chinese medicine treating deficient Children Asthma in nonacute onset stage is valid,but M-M combined is most valid among three groups.To the state of moderate cases,single MWM treating is sufficient.
