清热散瘀解毒方对发热大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β、COX-2含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察清热散瘀解毒方对2,4-二硝基苯酚诱导大鼠发热模型造模后2 h体温以及血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、COX-2等内生性致热原含量变化,探讨清热散瘀解毒方治疗癌性发热的作用机制。方法将实验大鼠分为空白组6只,模型组、中药组、西药组各12只。在模型组、中药组、西药组大鼠皮下注射2,4-二硝基苯酚造成非感染性发热模型。造模后立即给各组大鼠分别灌药:空白组、模型组灌入生理盐水,中药组、西药组分别予清热散瘀解毒方水煎液与萘普生。灌药后观察和比较各组大鼠造模2 h后体温及血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、COX-2含量变化。结果中药组、西药组造模2 h后体温低于模型组(P<0.05);中药组、西药组血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、COX-2的含量低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论清热散瘀解毒方能降低2,4-二硝基苯酚诱导大鼠发热模型的体温,其作用机制与降低发热大鼠模型血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、COX-2含量相关。 Objective:To observe the influence of Qinresanyujiedu Decoction on fever in rats model's body temperature induced by 2,4-two nitrophenol and content changes of Endogenous pyrogen TNF-α,IL-1β,COX-2 Treatment.And to explore the thermal mechanism of Qinresanyujiedu Decoction on treating blood stasis type of cancer patients.Methods:Rats were divided into three groups:blank group,model group 6,Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,12 rats in each.Rats in each group were poured medicine:blank group,model group filled with saline,traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group.Subcutaneous was injected with 2,4-two nitrophenol to model group,traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group caused non-infective fever model.And body temperature and content changes of Endogenous pyrogen TNF-α,IL1β,COX-2 after building model 2 h later were observed.Results:After building model 2h later,The temperature of Qinresanyujiedufang group was lower than model group and the difference is significantl(P0.05).The rats serum TNF-α,IL-1β,and COX-2 was lower than the model group and the difference is obviously(P0.05).Conclusion:Qinresanyujiedu Decoction can treatment blood stasis type of cancerous fever,its mechanism may be related to reduce the content of rat serum TNF-α,IL-1β,and COX-2.
