沉蛤定喘合剂治疗慢性肺源性心脏病临床研究

The Clinical Study of Chengedingchuan Mixture on Chronic Pulmonary Heart

目的观察沉蛤定喘合剂对慢性肺源性心脏病患者心功能的影响。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组根据病情给予西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服沉蛤定喘合剂,疗程8周,分别于治疗前后检测患者肺动脉压水平,并对患者进行6 min步行试验(6MWT)。结果两组患者治疗后肺动脉压水平较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组降低更显著;两组患者治疗后6MWT均较治疗前增加,且治疗组优于对照组(以上P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论沉蛤定喘汤能明显降低慢性肺源性心脏病患者肺动脉压,改善患者心功能,中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病较单纯西医治疗效果更佳。

Objective：To observe the effect of Chengedingchuan Mixture on cardiac function of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods：The selected patients were randomly devided into treatment group and control group,each group had 40 patients.The control group patients were given the basic treatment accord to the degree of disease,while the treatment group patients took Chengedingchuan Mixture on the foundation of the control group,the course was 8 weeks.The pulmonary artery pressure of the two groups before treatment and after treatment and 6MWT were detected.Results：Pulmonary artery pressure of the two Groups patients all decreased after treatment（P0.01）,and the treatment group was significantly lower（P0.05）;the 6MWT walking distance of the two groups all increased after treatment（P0.01）,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chengedingchuan Mixture can decreased the BNP level of the chronic pulmonary heart disease patients,improve cardiac function,the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese western medicine was better than western medicine.
