参附注射液预处理对糖尿病大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察参附注射液预处理对糖尿病大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 30只糖尿病大鼠随机分为假手术组(Sham组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)和参附注射液组(SFI组),每组10只。I/R组和SFI组分别静脉注射0.9%氯化钠注射液和参附注射液各10 mL/kg预处理后建立心脏缺血再灌注模型。比较各组心肌梗死面积、凋亡指数,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果与Sham组相比,I/R组与SFI组梗死区/缺血危险区重量百分比分显著增加、凋亡指数升高、SOD活力下降;SFI组梗死区/缺血危险区重量百分比分、凋亡指数低于I/R组,SOD活力高于I/R组(均P<0.05或0.01)。结论参附注射液预处理可增强糖尿病大鼠心肌SOD的活力,减轻氧自由基引起的细胞凋亡,进而对缺血再灌注损伤心肌发挥保护作用。
