回阳活血强心饮联合针灸疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

The clinical effect of huiyanghuoxueqiangxin decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on chronic heart failure

目的观察回阳活血强心饮联合针灸疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为研究组与对照组,两组均予西医常规治疗,研究组加服回阳活血强心饮Ⅰ号方、Ⅱ号方及联合针灸疗法,治疗时间均为25 d;比较两组临床疗效及左室舒张末内径(LVDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVDS)、心输出量(CO)和左室射血分数(LVEF)参数变化。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后LVDD、LVDS、CO、LVEF改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论回阳活血强心饮联合针灸疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭有确切疗效,对心功能各项指标均有明显的改善作用。

Objective：To observe the Clinical effect of Huiyanghuoxueqiangxin Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on chronic heart failure.Methods：Patients were divided into control group and treatment group,and both groups were given western routine treatment.While the treatment group were given Huiyanghuoxueqiangxin Decoction Ⅰ,Huiyanghuoxueqiangxin Decoction Ⅱ and acupuncture and moxibustion.The course of treatment was 25 days.And clinical effect,Left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVDD）,Left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVDS）,Cardiac output（CO）,and Left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） of both groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group.And the improvement of LVDD,LVDS,CO,LVEF of treatment group were better than those of control group（P0.05）.Both groups appeared no adverse reactions.Conclusion：Huiyanghuoxueqiangxin Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a good effect on chronic heart failure,which can effectively improve all kinds of index.
