摘要
通过对员工绩效考核的重要性及考核指标设计应遵循原则的论述,找出企业员工绩效考核工作中存在的问题及原因进行分析和探讨,就如何提高员工绩效考核的质量提出合理化建议。
The article,through discussing the importance of performance assessment and the rules to design the performance index,analyses the problems and their causes existing in the assessment and puts forward rational suggestion to improve its quality.
