开放大学建设背景下师资队伍建设的问题与对策研究

Research on Problems and Solutions of Teaching Staff Construction at Open University

办好开放大学是建设学习型社会的一项重要战略举措,而师资队伍建设是开放大学建设工作的重点之一。针对开放大学师资建设中存在的素质偏低、结构不合理等问题,应采取加强师德建设,提高教师队伍整体素质;建立健全培养培训机制,提高教师业务水平;优化队伍结构,合理扩大教师队伍;创新管理思路,完善教师管理体质等措施加以改善和提高。

Teaching staff construction is one of the focuses of Open University which is an important strategic for building learning-type society.The quality of teaching staff building at Open University is at low level,and its structure is not reasonable.In order to improve the current situation,this paper puts forward the following proposals： strengthen the teachers’ moral construction to improve the overall quality of teaching staff;establish and perfect the training mechanism to improve teachers’ professional level;optimize the staff structure and expand team reasonably;innovative management ideas and perfect teacher management system.
