摘要
随着信息技术与教育教学的逐渐融合,对学分银行的认识与应用也应进行调整与深化,而现实中存在的误区是用一个学分银行体系将全民学习终身学习下的学分银行与学校正规教育下的学分银行一并涵盖,并试图进行学分的转换通兑。鉴于此,本文提出了市民学分银行和校际学分银行的概念,并结合当前网路环境的特点,对在网路学习环境下二者的构建过程进行了比较分析,并对我国学分银行的构建提出了以下建议:分层管理,双轨并举;模式适当,重在应用;完善体系,做好服务。
With the gradual fusion of information technology and teaching,understanding and application of the credit bank should also be adjusted and deepened.And the misunderstanding existing in reality is that a credit bank system will be used for all credit banks,which include lifelong learning bank,school credit bank,and the credits are converted for all of them.In view of this,the article puts forward the concept of the public credit bank and school credit bank,especially under the current network environment,compares the construction process between them,and gives the following suggestions including hierarchical management,double track system;appropriate model,focusing on application;perfecting system,good service.
