This paper analysis the problems of vocational colleges of finance and economics appeared in the development of the school-running mode.Combined with the overall economic situation of the 12th five-year plan and characteristics of these vocational colleges,it explores the innovation of the school-running mode,proposes the combination of class and card,actively carrying out the construction of excellent courses and opening the school-running mode of the school-enterprise government cooperation.
