摘要
高校信访工作是师生与学校沟通的桥梁,同时也是高校新时期发展的重要参考。为充分发挥信访工作的效能,新时期高校应重视信访工作的与时俱进发展,积极树立创新的工作理念,构建严格的信访制度,并努力提升信访工作对教学和科研的服务水平。
Handling of complaint reporting at colleges and universaties not only act as a bridge between teachers and students,but also provide an important reference for the universaty management to make development plan in the new period.In order to make the handling work well meet the requirements of the new period,colleges and universaties should keep up with the times,attach more importance on this work and innovate working methods.A strict complaint reporting system should be established to facitate teaching and research better.
