1型糖尿病胰岛β细胞破坏的机制 被引量:7

摘要 T淋巴细胞是 1型糖尿病发生时胰岛的主要浸润细胞 ,可直接或间接地杀伤 β细胞。由T淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞等分泌产生的Ⅰ型因子 (IFNγ ,IL 2 ,TNFβ)和炎症前因子 (IL 1α ,IL 1 β ,TNFα等 )对胰岛 β细胞有破坏作用。也有证据表明氮氧自由基可作为细胞因子诱发 β细胞破坏的中介者。
