摘要
建(构)筑物的抗震设防是防震减灾工作的核心。只有把建设工程的抗震设防管理纳入基本建设管理程序,严格按照国家法律法规进行抗震设防要求审核(批),才能从根本上减轻地震灾害给人民生命财产造成的损失。因此,隔震、消能减震技术的研发及其成果的推广应用,是防震减灾工作中一项十分重大而意义深远的工作。
Earthquake proof in construction of buildings is the core of the work for protection against earthquake disasters. Bringing administration of earthquake resistance in construction engineering in- to management program of fundamental construction and strict examination of the requirements for earthquake resistance based on national laws are enable to reduce the losses in the lives and proper- ties of the people resulted from earthquake disasters. Therefore, popularization and application of the technology of shock insulation, energy dissipation and shock absorption should be very important and significant in the work of protection against earthquake disasters.
