摘要
为研究新员工组织社会化的内容结构维度,基于组织社会化理论及因子分析方法,通过访谈、预测试等方法编制并修订了新员工组织社会化量表,采用该量表对156名员工进行正式调查.对调查数据采用SPSS和EQS进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,获得了新员工组织社会化内容结构维度.结果表明,新员工组织社会化内容结构由4个维度构成,即:组织文化、角色澄清、人际关系和组织政治.
In order to study the content of the new employees' organization socialization structure dimensions,based on the theory of organizational socialization and the factor analysis method,through the methods such as interviews and pre-test,compiling and revising the new employee organization socialization scale.Using the scale to survey 156 employees and analyze the investigation data by SPSS and EQS exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Drawing that the new employees' organizational socialization content structure dimensions.The result shows that the new employees' organizational socialization content dimensions includes four dimensions,that is organizational culture、role clarification、interpersonal relationships and organizational politics.
