利益相关者视角的高校图书馆地方文献库建设

An Exploration on the Construction of Local Literature Database of University Library under the Perspective of Stakeholder Framework

利益相关者理论是一种关于企业发展战略的分析框架,其对于高校图书馆地方文献库的建设具有很好的借鉴价值.运用利益相关者的理论分析,高校图书馆地方文献库存在着三级(核心、重要、次要)九类的利益相关者.并且,高校图书馆地方文献库利益相关者具有整体上的恒定性、定位随权力与利益的大小而变等的特征.基于利益相关者的分析框架,高校地方文献库的建设不仅要合理地定位、协调好各类利益相关者.同时,也要在通盘考虑所有利益相关者利益关系的情况下,重点关注第一层级的核心利益相关者.

The stakeholder theory is an analysis framework about enterprise development strategy,and it is valuable to the construction of local literature database of university library.The local literature database of university library has three levels and nine kinds of stakeholders by analysis using the stakeholder theory.Furthermore,these stakeholders have the characteristics of stability and the changing of stakeholder＇s location with the changing of stakeholder＇s power and interest.On the basis of stakeholder framework,in order to construct the local literature database of university library,there are three measures must be taken： firstly,locating every kinds of stakeholders scientifically;secondly,coordinating the relationships of every kinds of stakeholders;thirdly,focusing on the core stakeholders of the first level besides considering the relationships of all stakeholders.
