摘要
为了减少煤炭生产过程中的产尘量,通过对传统煤层注水防尘技术的改进,运用煤层高压注水机理,提出在教学二矿31141采煤工作面回风巷进行试验。详细介绍了注水参数的确定依据、封孔工艺的选择、封孔材料的选用,并对深孔注水效果进行对比分析。实践证明,利用深孔高压注水技术可以达到降尘、减尘效果,对改善煤矿工作环境、安全生产有着积极作用。
Abstract :To reduce the amount of coal dust in the production process,through the improvement of traditional water injection technology of coal seam,based on high-pressure water injection mechanism of coal seam, the plan that making a test in return airway on 31441 working face in Jiaoxue No. 2 Coal Mine was proposed. Introduced the determining foundation of water injection parameters,the choice of sealing process and sealing material, the effects of deep water injection were also compared and analyzed. Practice shows that the deep and high-pressure water injection technology can achieve the purpose of dust falling and dust reducing, and has a positive role on impro- ving the working environment and safety in production of coal mine.
