^(13)C美沙西丁的制备研究

目的 13C美沙西丁是口服呼气法诊断肝功能的药物。研究规模制备此药有利于在我国推广呼气实验这种先进的诊断方法。方法 首先用非标记原料研究合成路线和最佳实验条件 ,然后用标记原料制备目标化合物。结果 实验表明合成路线 2操作间便 ,收率高。按此法制备了13C美沙西丁。对所得产品做了MS和HNMR光谱分析 ,证明样品是目标分子。

Objective 13 C methacitin is an oral drug used to diagnose the function of liver through analysis of 13 CO 2 in expiration.The research to prepare this drug in quantity has an advantage of extending expiration test,an advanced diagnosis method,in our country。Therefor,the work is not only significant,but also has prospect in practice。Methods At first,synthetic routes and conditions were studied with unlabeled materials to obtain highest yield,and then aim compound was prepared with labeled materials.Resuits The experiments show that the synthetic route 2 is better than route 1,because it has higher yields and is managed easier.Spectra of obtained product such as MS,NMR were made.Conclusions The better synthetic route to prepare the drug is route 2.
