40Cr大口径薄壁挤压管工艺改进探讨

摘要 主要针对钢种40Cr、规格φ183mm×10mm使用一次扩孔代替二次扩孔的工艺改进进行探讨研究。首先在改进工艺的可行性方面进行研究,接着在生产过程中进行观察、记录、分析并就现场出现的问题进行了讨论改进,实施后最终达到了预期的效果,减少了能耗,同时有效地提高了成材率。 This paper studied the process improvement of 40Cr steel with size ofφ183mm×10mm which means using single reaming process instead of double reaming process. Firstly the feasibility of the process im?provement was studied, then the process improvement results were observed, recorded and analyzed during the production process, the problems existed at production site were discussed and the corresponding measures were taken, finally the expected effect was achieved and the yield rate was increased effectively. at the same time.
