摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对钛合金中铜和钴元素进行了分析测定。试验对元素分析谱线、酸度、干扰情况等方面进行了讨论,优化了仪器测量条件,其最佳仪器分析参数为:功率1300W、雾化气流量0.8L/min、辅助气流量0.2L/min、样品提升量1.7mL/min。在最佳试验条件下对钛合金标准样品进行了准确度、精密度及回收试验,试验结果表明:测量结果与认定值相符,相对标准偏差<1.0%,回收率97%~105%,表明此方法精密度高,准确度好,结果满意。
A method for determination of copper and cobalt in titanium alloys by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry was presented in this paper. The effect of experiment on ele?ment wavelength, acidity and interference conditions was discussed, and the instrument measurement conditions were optimized. The optimum instrumental analysis parameter:Power 1300W, nebulizer gas flow at 0.8L/min, auxiliary gas flow at 0.2 L/min and sample flow rate at 1.7mL/min. Under the best test conditions, the accuracy, precision, and recovery tests were carried out for the standard samples of tita?nium alloys. The test results showed that the analysis results were corresponding with certified values, the relative standard deviation was within 1.0%, the recovery rate was between 97%and 105%, and the proposed method had excellent precision and accuracy.
