摘要 对长柄紫果槭的嫩茎、叶柄和叶片进行愈伤组织的诱导研究,结果表明各个外植体诱导愈伤组织的难易程度为嫩茎>叶柄>叶片;6月份采摘的外植体分化能力强,褐化少,染菌率低,最适合诱导愈伤组织;MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L组合诱导愈伤组织诱导率为63%,诱导出的愈伤组织结构致密;MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+KT1.0 mg/L组合的继代培养基,增殖系数达到2.9。 In this experiment, various explants (tender stem, leafstalk and leaf) derived from Acer cordatum var.subtrinervium were used to induce callus.The results showed that the tender stem was the best (easiest) explant for the inducement of callus , fol-lowed by leafstalk and leaf.The explants picked in June had strong differentiation ability , less browning and low polluted rate, and were most suitable for the callus inducement .The inducement rate of callus in MS +6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L was 63%, and the induced callus had dense structure .In the subculture medium combination MS +6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L, the proliferation coefficient reached 2.9.
