摘要
针对铜陵有色稀贵金属分公司采用Kaldo炉处理铜、铅混合阳极泥过程中遇到的设备问题进行研究,重点进行了炉体国产化、烟气净化系统改为动力波、燃烧喷枪改烧天然气等技术改造。生产实践表明,上述改造取得了良好的运行效果和经济效益。
This paper studies some equipment issues of Kaldo Furnace adopted by TNMG Rare & Precious Metals Subsidiary Company during the period of processing the mixed copper and lead anode slime. It specially focuses on such technical renovations as localization of furnace body, transformation of gas cleaning system into dynawave system, and transformation of fuel of burner lance into natural gas, all of which have achieved good operating effects and economic benefits.
