摘要
金隆公司充分利用锅炉改造的机会对排烟系统进行改造和优化。在对改造前闪速炉排烟系统存在的问题进行分析的基础上,重点介绍了电收尘、排风机、烟尘输送系统及沉降室和烟道的改造过程及技术进步。改造后,闪速炉排烟系统运行状况非常稳定,各项参数、指标均达到较好水平。
Jinlong Company takes full advantage of opportunity of boiler innovation for renovation and optimization of fume exhaust system. On the basis of analyzing the problems existed in FF fume exhaust system before innovation, the paper emphasizes innovation and technical improvement of electrostatic precipitation, exhaust fan, flue dust delivery system, settling room and duct. After innovation, FF fume exhaust system will be operated in stable state, various parameters and index will be achieved at a better level.
