摘要
结合半自磨机的工作原理,从安装工艺流程入手,对某矿山引进的3台大型半自磨机的耳轴承底板、轴承座、筒体、大齿轮轴组等的安装重难点进行了论述,并介绍了半自磨机单体调试试运转的情况。实践证明,3台磨机安装后性能、参数全部达到设计要求。
Combined with operating principles of SAG mill and starting from installation process flow, the paper discusses the emphasis and difficulties on three large SAG mills introduced from a mine, such as installations of trunnion bearing bottom plate, bearing support, assembly of body and big gear shaft set, meanwhile, the paper also introduces no-load commissioning condition of single ball mill. It is proved by practice that performance and parameters can meet design requirement after installation of three mills.
