Calculation of Volume of Tank Body and Installation Height for Vacuum Water Diversion Tank

真空引水罐作为常用的几种非自灌式水泵引水装置之一,以其控制、造价等方面的优势,适用于小型离心泵。本文根据波义耳定律及离心泵汽蚀余量分别对真空罐容积及罐体安装高度进行了计算,并总结了在选泵及真空罐容积确定方面应注意的问题。

As one of water diversion devices with non self-priming pumps, vacuum water diversion tank is applied for small- sized centrifugal pump with the advantages of control and cost. According to Boyle＇slaw and NPSH of centrifugal pump, volume of vacuum tank and installation height of tank body are calculated in this paper, meanwhile, the paper summarizes the problems that should be paid attention in selection of pump and determination of volume of vacuum tank.
