摘要 通过对国内外密接式车钩缓冲装置应用情况的调研,研制了一种新型密接式车钩缓冲装置,并对其结构功能、总体设计参数及技术条件进行了说明。该车钩采用模块化设计,具有结构简单、成本低等优点。结合天津地铁建立6节编组列车动力学模型,分析了新型密接式车钩的曲线通过能力、直线上的最大承压能力以及起动、制动工况时车钩受力情况,并分析了缓冲器初压力对列车纵向冲击的影响。计算结果表明新型密接式车钩缓冲装置能够有效改善列车运行过程中的动力学性能,满足地铁车辆实际运行中的技术要求。 According to the domestic and overseas survey to tight-lock coupler and buffer system, a new type tight-lock coupler and buffer system had been developed, and the overall design parameters, technical conditions and structure function of which also had been explained. This system adopts modular design, and has the advantages of simple structure and low cost. Combined with Tianjin metro train dynamics model, the related dynamics problem of the coupler and buffer system has been analyzed, such as the curving behavior, maximum compression capability on the straight track and coupler force at traction/braking conditions. The train impact influenced by buffer pre-pressure also bad been analyzed. The calculation results indicate that the new tight-lock coupler and buffer system can im- prove the dynamic performance of the train operation performance, and can meet the technical operation requirements of the metro vehi- cle.
