摘要
在综合分析高速列车制动系统可靠性技术的基础上,对CRH3高速列车制动系统在运用中出现的典型故障,如传感器故障引起列车限速运行、紧急制动无法缓解、制动有效率丢失、闸片磨耗过快、闸片托卡簧脱落等故障和现象进行深入分析。在此基础上优化了制动系统的控制技术、可靠性设计技术和可靠性试验技术,采取了主动预防性维护措施,提高了制动系统的固有可靠性和运用可靠性。
Based on comprehensive analysis of operational reliability for braking system of high-speed train, typical faults about braking system of CRH3 are analyzed, such as sensor fault which caused train speed limitation, emergency brake not release, brake efficiency reduction,quick brake pad wear, falling of the brake pad holder snap ring, etc. Depend on the above analysis, control technology of the braking system, reliability design techniques, and reliability testing technology are optimized, active precautions during maintenance process are introduced,the aim is to improve the inherent reliability and application reliability of the braking system.
