摘要
基于长春大学高等特殊教育26年的办学实践,着眼高校四项基本职能,总结了长春大学高等特殊教育残健融合、全面发展的人才培养模式;突出特色、实用开放的科学研究模式;内容丰富、注重实效的社会服务模式;关爱他人、无私奉献的优秀文化传承;内容广泛、成效明显的国际交流合作等高等特殊教育发展模式,以及长大特教在促进中国特教体系建设中所发挥的重要作用。
Based on 26 years’running practice of higher special education in Changchun University and on the four basic functions of the university,this paper summarizes the development model,the all-side talent training model,the characteristics of open and practical scientific research model as well as the rich and fruitful social service model.It also sums up such higher special education models as the cultural heritage featuring affection and selfless contribution,and the various successful international exchange and cooperation and points out the important role of Changchun University in promoting China’s special education system construction.
