中美高校高水平运动队建设的比较研究

A Comparative Study of High Level Sports Team Construction in Sino-American Universities

本文从组织与管理、运动员的选材、训练与比赛、运动员的文化学习四个方面,对中美高校高水平运动队的建设状况进行了比较研究。结果发现,我国普通高校在建设高水平运动队方面与国外存在较大的差距。因此为了能够尽快与国际接轨,提出了有关我国高校高水平运动队今后的发展方向,以建设有中国特色的高校高水平竞技体系。

This paper compares the status of high level sports team construction between China and U.S.from organization and management,selection of athletes,training and competition,and cultural study of athletes,finding that there is a big gap in the construction of high level sports team between our general institutes and foreign universities.Confronted with this situation,it proposes the developing direction of high level sports team in our national colleges so as to set up a high level competitive athletics system with Chinese characteristics.
